With our core mission to provide the best returns on leadership to our clients, we decided to extend our involvement from the leadership hiring process to coaching senior executives after they have joined. To provide this service, our organizational resources have expanded to include specialized consultants as well as select members of our executive search team. Each of these individuals have held CxO level roles previously and have a track record of success in the corporate world. They also understand the unique challenges faced by leaders both from within themselves and their immediate teams as well as the organization at large.

    Our leadership consulting service is centered around executive coaching and leadership team development. The methodology we use involves:

  • Defining the purpose of an individual’s role through key result areas and expectations
  • Understanding the status quo and outlining challenges faced in the pursuit of this purpose or goal
  • Ensuring the leadership team has the right make-up to achieve its goals
  • Identifying the individual’s and team’s strengths and development areas
  • Working with the CxO and each individual in the team to address development areas (personal, psychological, capability-based)
  • Monitoring the progress of individuals toward their goals and its impact on the organization
