Joyce Zhou

Joyce Zhou is a Principal with Odgers Ray & Berndtson Shanghai office. She focuses on senior level searches in the Consumer, Industrial and Business & Professional services sectors.

Before joining Odgers Ray & Berndtson Joyce had over nine years executive search experience in China and Hong Kong. Her most recent role was Senior Associate with Spencer Stuart in Shanghai where she conducted senior searches in the industrial, professional services, financial services and consumer sectors. She also worked for six years with Heidrick & Struggles, both in the Shanghai and Hong Kong offices, focusing on senior searches in the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions in the consumer sector.

Her earlier career was in hospitality and academia.

Joyce got her B.A. in British & American Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and her MBA from the Tsinghua-MIT Sloan program at Tsinghua University. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
