Elena Yakimenko

Elena Yakimenko is a Research Consultant with Ray & Berndtson working both from the Moscow and Vienna offices. She has over 3 years of experience in research for an international services company based in Russia and for the Moscow office of a global executive search firm.

Elena gained particular experience in the industrial sector, FMCG and retail and financial services, focusing on search assignments in Russia/CIS and the entire CEE region.

Being a native Russian and having lived in Ukraine, Cyprus and Austria, Elena is fluent in Russian, English, German and Ukrainian. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Webster University Vienna and an MBA degree.
