Larry Ross

Larry Ross is one of the founding members of the Toronto practice of Ray & Berndtson. Over 15 years experience in executive search has given Larry a unique understanding of the search process and its evolution in becoming a highly sophisticated and valued tool in building leadership teams that deliver. Larry has led and participated as a key member of over 400 search assignments, including the recruitment of CEOs, general management roles and functional leaders across a broad spectrum of private and public organizations.

His deep knowledge of technology, business & consumer services, industrial, and outsourcing sectors, and his experience partnering with organizations that range from start-up to multibillion dollar multinationals, gives Larry unparalleled expertise in serving new and loyal clients. As a father of four, Larry is cognizant of the needs of his clients and candidates to successfully integrate and balance personal and professional demands.

Larry holds an honors undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business, the world-class business program offered by the University of Western Ontario.
