Lim Say Ping

Lim Say Ping is a partner in the technology practice. Based in the Singapore office, his expertise also covers business and professional services, and e-Business. He recruits senior level executives, including general managers and regional managers. He joined the firm after 20 years in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, Lim was general manager/director of a software business and was responsible for evaluating new business, setting up regional channels and marketing and supporting software applications. Earlier, he was business unit manager and general manager with IBM ASEAN/South Asia and had responsibility for management, marketing, strategic planning and business planning. Lim holds a first class honours degree in electrical engineering and computing science from the University of Newcastle, UK and an MBA from Oklahoma City University, USA.
