Saleel’s expertise is in handling searches for Start-up operations in India. He has successfully worked with many Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies that have entered India in the last few years.
Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, Saleel worked with Personnel Search Services Pvt. Ltd, a leading Indian Executive Search Firm, as a Practice Leader of the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare practice.
Saleel holds a BA in Arts and a MBA both from Mumbai - in the latter he specialized in Human Resource Management. He has also completed an Honours Diploma in Systems Management.
