Badri has around 30 years of experience in High Tech Electronics, Engineering and IT Companies, both in India and abroad with a special focus on Start Ups, Restructuring Poor Performing Companies, Bringing Synergetic Associations and Alliances with Overseas Corporations, Promoting Human Relations at workplace, Team-building and Pushing teams towards achieving stretch Goals.
Badri started his career with Philips where he spent 20 years, working on domestic and international assignments. Later, he joined Coopers Lybrand, USA as Senior Consultant and then moved to a Software Solutions Company as Chief Executive.
Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson he worked with the Tandon Group in Bombay as Senior Vice President and Director, Operations. He joined the Group, an ailing INR 900 million company, and transformed it to a robust INR 12 billion operation within 5 years. He has also consulted independently with MNCs on various assignments.
Badri graduated from IIT with a Honours degree in Technology and completed his Fellowship from UCLA in Engineering.
