Ivana Novosel

Ivana Novosel is a Senior Consultant at Ray & Berndtson, based in Zagreb.

With six years of experience working for a leading Croatian telecommunications business as Controller and also as Head of Marketing Analysis along with more than 10 years in business planning and strategic consulting, she has additional skills in business development, marketing research and industry analysis.

Ivana holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in economics. Besides her native Croatian, she speaks fluent English.
