Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan is a Principal in the Warsaw office of Ray & Berndtson, working in Financial Services, Private Equity/Venture Capital and Business & Professional Services.

Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson in 2001, Tom worked for two of the leading search and selection firms in Poland responsible for their leadership and development from start-up.  His principal search experience includes handling assignments for major global corporations that are looking for top executives in operations, finance, business and project development, sales, marketing, strategy, risk management, human capital, investment banking and shared services where his experience is invaluable to the search assignments he conducts.

Educated at Trinity College Cambridge, Tom holds an MA degree in History and a PhD degree in Modern European History and has resided permanently in Poland for over a decade.
