Carlos Monserrate

Carlos Monserrate is a Partner of the Madrid office where he handles assignments for leading national and multinational companies in the Financial Services, IT Management, Technology and Human Resources Practices.  Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, Carlos was Partner and General Manager of RBTechnology, a Ray & Berndtson Group company.

He began his career in a leading British consulting firm where he served as Development and Consulting Director of the Spanish subsidiary and was member of the European Product Development Board.  He moved to a regional Spanish savings bank as Human Resources Director and was later named Deputy General Manager. Carlos returned to human resources when he joined the leading Spanish recruitment firm as Deputy General Manager and later served as General Manager.

Carlos holds a degree in Philosophy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master?s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management from ESIC and a Master's Degree in E-Business from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña.
