Simon Mee

Simon Mee is Head of the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Ray & Berndtson, London. He leads the Consumer Financial Services team covering retail banking, credit cards, retail investments and insurance clients. He is a member of the Board Practice and the Private Equity Practice.

Simon moved into executive search in financial services at Russell Reynolds Associates in 1998. He was Executive Director and Head of the European Internet Group. He focused on searches in the retail and investment banking, private equity and technology sectors.

Prior to working in executive search, Simon was a strategy consultant with Monitor Company. He was based in their Milan office working on European consulting projects for consumer, technology and financial services clients. He subsequently joined Mercator International as a Director, advising developers and investors in the property and leisure sector.

Simon holds Master of Arts and Master of Philosophy degrees, both from Brasenose College, Oxford University.
