Caroline McCreath

Caroline McCreath joined Odgers Ray & Berndtson in October 2005 to focus on financial and professional services sector, together with Chief Executive, Director level and Non Executive Board appointments in Scotland. 

Caroline began her career in international publishing in London, with particular responsibility for sales and marketing, travelling extensively in Europe, USA, and Japan.  Moving back to Scotland in 1983, Caroline joined Invergordon Distillers in a senior management role, overseeing customer and production liaison, as well as distribution, during a time of expansion.  In 1989, she moved back to publishing with HarperCollins (News International), first as Publishing Director Reference and then Managing Director Stationery and Diaries, where she returned the Division to profit. 

In 1996, Caroline made a career change and moved into HR and Career Consulting with Penna plc (Sanders and Sidney), and then DBM plc, where she was UK Sales & Marketing Director before joining Odgers Ray & Berndtson. 

Caroline was a past Member of the Central College of Commerce, Glasgow, and has also served on the CBI Council (Scotland) and the SCDI Executive Committee.
