Denise Maurice

Denise started her career in the financial services industry at the Mouvement Desjardins in Montreal. She then branched out into executive search where she now has 20 years of experience. Denise masters the whole recruiting process, from the identification and attraction of qualified candidates to the signature of the employment contract. She has the particular ability not only to assess the qualifications of the candidates she meets, but also size up their personality, and determine whether or not they can be a good fit with the client’s corporate culture.She attaches great importance to a rigorous follow-up with clients and candidates during the whole process, and provides them with up-to-date information.

As a Principal for Ray & Berndtson in Montreal, Denise is dedicated to providing services to public and private companies in the manufacturing, retail and financial services, as well as educational or governmental organisations. She is well at ease in recruiting in the local, national and international markets. Denise completed her studies in Public Relations and Human Resources Management at Université de Montréal and at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales.
