Matthew Maslin

Matthew Maslin is Managing Partner of Odgers Ray and Berndtson, Greater China, focusing on Financial Services and Board level searches. Based in Hong Kong, he specialises in finding executives across corporate, institutional and investment banking, wealth management and consumer finance, global markets and private equity.

He has worked in executive search for the last twelve years, specialising in general management and financial services work and has lived in China and Hong Kong for  ten years.

Prior to joining Odgers Ray & Berndtson he was with Russell Reynolds Associates in Hong Kong and a member of their Financial Services team. During this time he was responsible for engaging and executing senior financial services searches for multinational and regional clients and completed numerous searches across consumer banking, insurance, commercial and corporate banking, asset management, private banking, investment banking and global markets.

He has also worked extensively with regulatory bodies and stock, futures and clearing exchanges to recruit board level individuals.

Prior to working for Russell Reynolds he worked for another international recruiting firm in the UK. He received his BSc from Cardiff University.
