Karen Malia

Karen Malia joined Odgers Ray and Berndtson Dubai office in 2008 as a Principal to focus on top level assignments in the Financial Services, Business & Professional Services, Not for Profit and Industrial sectors. She has 16 years experience in executive search and selection specialising mainly in Financial Services, gained in London, UK, Geneva, Switzerland and Seoul, South Korea.

Previously she was a partner with a leading Korean Search Company working with the international business community, focusing on top level assignments in the Financial Services, Industrial, Consumer and Communications industries. Prior to this she was Managing Director for a UK based Recruitment Company with offices in London, Frankfurt and Geneva.

She began her career in the City of London, where she worked for SG Warburg/Mercury Asset Management and Morgan Stanley.

Karen holds a degree from the University of Manchester and the London FSA Registered Representative qualification.
