Alexei Makeshin is a Senior Consultant with Ray & Berndtson in Moscow, Russia, having joined the firm in early 2000. He works across all industries, but specialises in the Information Technology, Industrial and Consumer Products & Services practices. Alexei has executed a substantial number of senior searches for the Western firms operating not only in two major Russian cities - Moscow and St. Petersburg, but also in the regions and other CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries as well.
Alexei has worked in the executive search business in Russia since 1995. Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson Moscow, he was employed by a major international search firm as a consultant in the Advanced Technologies, Industrial and FMCG practice groups.
Alexei has a Master's degree in Social Philosophy from Moscow State University and a MSc in Management from New York University.
