Nicole Mätzig

Nicole Gerhardt is a Senior Consultant at Ray & Berndtson, based in Vienna. She focuses on senior-level search assignments in the automotive and professional / financial services industries. She focuses mainly on the Business & Professional Services, Consumer Products & Services, Financial Services, and Industrial practices.

Nicole is a specialist in building senior management (and sales) teams and organizations for Western European/Non-Austrian companies entering the Austrian, Czech or Slovak market. Nicole started at Ray & Berndtson at the Frankfurt Office where she focused on assignments for leading Automotive and Industrial clients. Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson she worked in marketing and sales management at Kraft Foods International in Bremen.

Educated in Germany and France, Nicole holds a Masters degree in International Business Administration and she is a member of the WCN (Woman Career Network) in Vienna.
