Clarence Lobo, based in Mumbai, is Managing Partner of the India office of Ray & Berndtson, specialising in assignments for the Board & CEO, Financial Services, Business & Professional Services and Technology practices.
As a pioneer of executive search in India, with over 20 years involvement, and extensive experience in developing and managing strategic relationships, he has identified world-class leadership teams and board members. His systematic and creative approach has resulted in the delivery of optimal recruitment solutions to many clients including multi-national conglomerates, entrepreneurial companies, and leading Indian corporate houses.
Clarence has advised clients during restructuring, compensation benchmarking and different organisational development initiatives.

Clarence has a commerce degree from the University College of Commerce, Jaipur and a MBA from the Xavier Institute, Jamshedpur.
