Zoë Lewis

Zoë Lewis is Head of the Birmingham office and a Partner in the Business & Professional Services Practice.

Since joining Odgers Ray & Berndtson in May 2001, she spent two years establishing the organisation’s middle management recruitment division before returning to the main stream Search business.  She has completed a variety of Executive and Non-Executive positions within the business 2 business services marketplace, as well as focusing on the human resources and finance disciplines.

Zoë entered the recruitment world when she joined The Winchester Partnership as a Researcher, before being promoted to Account Manager for the automotive industry.  In 1997, she moved to Nevard Roland Search-Selection as a generalist Consultant, where she focused upon the telecoms, retail and manufacturing sectors.

Zoë is a graduate from the University of Surrey, and began her career with Newbridge Networks.
