Daniela Krug

Daniela Krug is the lead Partner of Ray & Berndtson Brussels’ Technology practice, and a senior member of the Health Care practice. She specializes in the placement of senior executives particularly in the software and convergent technologies area, at both global and pan-European level.
 
Before joining Ray & Berndtson in 2008, Daniela was in charge of Global Talent Management at GSK Biologicals, the world’s fastest growing vaccines producer.  While working directly for the CEO and senior leadership team, she revolutionized the way in which the organization manages talent.  Previously she spent almost 10 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was a global partner of the technology practice in both Brussels and London. During this time, she worked primarily on pan-European searches in the healthcare and technology practices at functional VP and CEO level, also closely following private equity and venture capital investments in those industries.

Daniela holds an MSc (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Mary Washington College.  A German native, Daniela speaks English, German, French, Polish and some Dutch.
