Deborah Kornachuk, a Senior Consultant with Ray & Berndtson, has worked in executive search for over ten years.
Before joining Ray & Berndtson, Deborah spent a number of years responsible for search execution at a boutique Canadian firm specializing in senior-level searches within the public and not-for-profit sectors, with particular focus on the education and health care sectors. Prior to that position, she worked at a large international firm as a generalist Researcher on searches spanning a wide variety of functions and private sector industries, including management consulting, telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceutical and biosciences, and manufacturing.
Prior to her career in search, Deborah worked in the arts and culture sector. She has a B.A. in English from McGill University.
