Dr. Jörg Knaack, based in Hamburg, has been at Ray & Berndtson, since 1990. As a partner in the management of Ray & Berndtson, he is responsible for sales and distribution and is a member of the Industrial Practice. He recruits executives in mechanical and plant engineering and in the electrical and electronic industries, and is an expert for managerial positions in vehicle construction, including the field of complex railed vehicles.
With an academic background in Biotechnology and Economics (habil.), Jörg managed an agricultural products company and was a professor of Economics and Human Resource Management at the University of Bernburg for seven years before joining Ray & Berndtson to realize his passion for recruiting and evaluating senior executives.
