Lisa Kershaw, a Partner of Ray & Berndtson in Vancouver, has over 17 years of business and executive search experience. As part of the largest executive search firm in the market, Lisa's client focus is broad with a particular focus on Healthcare & Life Sciences, Technology, Financial Services, and Manufacturing/Distribution where she services international, mid-market and emerging growth companies. As the practice leader of Ray & Berndtson's biotechnology practice, Lisa recruits executives in virtually all disciplines including finance, marketing and communications, human resources, operations, and general management.

Lisa is on the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way and the YWCA Women of Distinction Nomination Committee. In addition, she regularly teaches marketing research at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Before joining the firm, Lisa worked in increasingly senior marketing and communications roles. Most recently she headed up the Vancouver marketing consulting practice of KPMG, where she specialized in strategic planning and financial analysis. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. She then obtained her Masters degree in Business Administration from Queen's University.
