Avinash Kamath is a Senior Consultant based in Ray & Berndtson's Mumbai office. He specialises in assignments in the Health Care, Pharmaceuticals and Chemical industries in India as a career recruiter with more than six years of experience in these sectors.
Avinash expertise is in Key Account Management and building relationships with client organizations that are scaling up rapidly.
Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, Avinash worked with Personnel Search Services Pvt. Ltd, a leading Indian Executive Search Firm, as a Practice Leader of the Pharmaceutical & Health Care practice. He was also associated with the companies such as Thermax as a Technical Sales Engineer and Technochem, (Indian representatives of Israel Desalination Equipments - IDE, which deals with Engineering Valves & Pumps) as a Technical Sales Engineer, during the initial years of his career
Avinash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Industrial Production from Mangalore University.
