Caroline Jellinck, a Partner in the Vancouver office of Ray & Berndtson, has over 11 years experience in executive search and many more years in corporate recruitment.
Caroline is the Technology Industry Practice Group Leader and is a member of the governance practice group. She specializes in senior searches, in a broad range of industries, for organizational leaders including CEO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s, HR, sales and general management roles. She concentrates in entrepreneurial and knowledge base organizations and also has an active Board practice.

Caroline has just retired after seven years on the board of Science World BC. Caroline is on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the BC Technology Industry Association and belongs to the Friends of the Aga Khan University.
Caroline joined Ray & Berndtson/Tanton Mitchell after twelve years with Xerox Canada where she started in commissioned sales and progressed through a variety of financial, sales, and human resources management roles. After Xerox won the coveted Baldrige Quality Award, Caroline established Xerox Canada’s strategic planning, customer/employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness practice in Vancouver.
She holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Queen’s University, having specialized in marketing and industrial relations.
