Darko Ivekovic

Darko Ivekovic manages the Croatian Ray & Berndtson office in Zagreb.

Starting his career in the field of research and development, Darko joined IBM Croatia in the early 70s. After having gained substantial experiences in various departments - such as sales & marketing, operations, distribution management - he took over managerial responsibility as Head of Human Resource Management Croatia (having regional responsibility for IBM Central Europe as a member of the HR Management Network). Subsequently Darko joined Lura d.d. as Vice President Human Resources.

In his consultancy role Darko specialised in tailored HR-solutions, executive searches and strategic HR & Development Programs.

He has an MSc Degree in engineering from the University of Zagreb as well as postgraduate education in Human Resource Management. A native Croatian, he is fluent in English and German.
