Merete Ingwersen

Merete Ingwersen is a partner in the Copenhagen office. She has previous experience from a global consultancy firm and is a certified executive coach. Besides executive search assignments Merete takes a special interest in Leadership Development.

Prior to entering the consulting business, she was a senior vice president with P&L responsibility in a major Danish insurance company and has more than 10 years experience from senior positions within the Financial Industry. During her career she has been in charge of a large number of successful change management projects and organizational development processes as well as projects involving business development, market strategy, product development and mergers.

Merete holds a LL.M. from University of Aarhus.
