Aine Hurley

Aine Hurley is a senior member of the Board Practice of the London office, where she also leads the HR Practice. This is responsible for recruiting HR professionals at all levels including HR Directors, experts in Talent, Recognition & Reward, Employee Relations, OD and Learning & Development. Assignments include the Group HR Directors of BT Plc and Royal Mail and the SVP HR for TK Maxx.

Aine's experience encompasses Main Board and Divisional Executive roles in General Management, HR and Finance as well as Non-Executive appointments. She has recruited in both corporate and partnership environments. Having moved into Executive Search in 1990, Aine joined the Technology Practice at Odgers Ray & Berndtson in 1992. She was then appointed Head of the UK Business and Professional Services Practice in 2001. Having successfully grown the BPS practice, she was appointed as Head of the Technology & Business Services Practice in 2002. Aine graduated with a first in Commerce and an MBS from University College Cork.

Aine Hurley is a member of the Diversity Council.
