Nick Hodson

Nick Hodson is a Partner in the Financial Services practice, based in the City, and is Co-Head of the virtual Real Estate practice.  He is responsible for property and infrastructure finance related assignments including structured finance, leveraged investment, debt distribution and related commercial real estate business, frequently alongside the company’s private equity and asset management practices.

Prior to joining Odgers Ray & Berndtson in 2004, Nick worked for the German executive search company, Hillreiner Consulting GmbH, for five years.  He set up and ran the London office, responsible for fixed income and asset finance business and conducted a range of specialist assignments in the City and internationally.

Nick began his career in technology recruitment before starting up his own business in 1989. He subsequently spent three years as a management consultant, before returning to executive search in the financial markets in 1994.

Nick received a degree in Mathematics from Bristol University in 1987.
