Duncan Gray

A Partner in the Financial Services Practice based in the City, Duncan is head of the team that focus on conducting executive search assignments in equity, equity derivatives and convertible bonds on behalf of leading investment banks and hedge funds, both in London and internationally.

Joining Odgers Ray & Berndtson in May 2006, he has gained over twelve years executive search experience, most latterly as co head of financial markets for London based search boutique Hanover Search and Selection and previously for five years at Alexander Mann Global Markets, joining in 1995.

Prior to search Duncan gained seven years experience as a commodities broker for two leading financial institutions in London as well as running his own marketing business for four years. He completed his secondary education at Eastcliffe and a further two years at The Royal Agricultural College Cirencester gaining an MRAC in agriculture. Duncan is married with two children and lives in Hampshire.
