Troels Gjerrild

Troels Gjerrild is Managing Partner of the Copenhagen office of Ray & Berndtson. He previously served as a partner and manager in another global executive search firm. Prior to entering the executive search profession, Troels was European human resources manager for S. Dyrup & Co. A/S. His earlier experience was as senior management consultant with PA Consulting Group/T. Bak Jensen; and as human resources manager with Monberg & Thorsen A/S.

Troels attended The Danish Military Academy, earning an Officer of the line (A line) degree.
