Monique Gerrits

Monique Gerrits is a Partner in the Amsterdam office of Ray & Berndtson. She specializes in assignments for clients in the Transport and Logistics industry as well as the Industrial sector where she leads the Automotive practice.

Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, Monique was Vice President/Managing Director of the Business Unit Airmail Services of KLM Cargo Worldwide and member of the KLM Cargo management team. She joined KLM in 1987 and held various positions of increasing responsibility such as Sales Manager Northern UK; Regional Director BU Cargo Scandinavia and Baltic States and Regional Director Benelux, UK & Ireland.

Monique holds a Masters degree in Arts and a Bachelors degree in Marketing.
