Nikolaus Gentzen has been with Ray & Berndtson, Frankfurt since 1989. As a member of the Health Care, Life Sciences, Industrial, Energy & Utilities and Automotive Practices, he recruits and assesses managers and highly qualified specialists in leading positions.
After completing his law degree (2. Staatsexamen), Nikolaus began his career as manager of trade shows and exhibitions at the German-American Chamber of Commerce in New York, staying there for three years. He then moved on to Erno/EADS, where he worked in marketing for Spacelab technology. In his seven years at Goebel, a manufacturer of specialised printing machines, he served in various assignments, in the end as its Director of Personnel and General Counsel.
