Wieslaw Gawlik

Wieslaw Gawlik is a Principal with Ray & Berndtson office in Warsaw. He is an experienced leader of assignments in consumer, pharmaceutical, real estate and automotive industries in Poland, where he primarily focuses on senior level appointments in the sectors.

Mr. Gawlik began his career in the export department of a leading contractor of the technological plant and equipment in Poland, where over the years he has executed a number of large projects and completed several foreign assignments. He then moved to the consumer industry, acting as a Managing Director and Sales Director for a number of international FMCG companies.

After more than two decades of corporate experience Mr. Gawlik entered the executive search profession in early 1996. Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, he worked for two leading international search companies whre he developed strong practices in the consumer, pharmaceutical, real estate, and automotive sectors across all functions.

Mr. Gawlik holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the Warsaw Business School and is fluent in Polish and English. He also has a good knowledge of Russian.
