Keith M. Gaspard

Keith M. Gaspard is a managing director and practice leader of Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson in Phildelphia specializing in senior executive search assignments with clients in the life sciences and advanced technology industries. He also conducts a number of senior level assignments serving clients in the consumer and industrial industries.  

Keith has worked with a diverse client base including Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-size public and private companies, as well as, venture capital backed start-ups conducting search assignments for CEO's and other senior functional roles including sales & marketing, human resources, research & development, operations, and business development. With 18 years of sales, marketing, and general management experience with Owens Corning, as well as, leading two start-ups from concept to commercialization, Keith combines unique business perspective and insight with seasoned assessment skills to identify and recruit candidates that truly make a difference for his clients and their businesses. His consultative style and insightful approach have distinguished Keith as a trusted advisor and resulted in his selection as the only external partner to participate on a Johnson & Johnson task force focused on talent development, acquisition, and succession planning.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Keith was a senior vice president and managing director for Ken Clark International where he established their Boston office, achieving strong revenue growth and profitability within the first year, and leading their efforts regionally and nationally in the life sciences, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries. Keith began his career in executive search as a vice president with Howard Fischer Associates, a top 20 retained executive search firm. In 2000, Keith was recruited to Heidrick & Struggles, a top 5 firm, as partner and member of the firm's International Technology Practice focusing on assisting clients in the communications, semiconductor, and hardware and software industries. At Heidrick & Struggles, Keith conducted searches for executives for emerging companies working closely with numerous venture capital firms in recruiting CEOs and other senior leadership for their portfolio companies.  

Keith is active in serving on committees for various industry associations including PABio and Mass MEDIC.  He is also currentlya member of the Board of Trustees for Outward Bound Philadelphia.  Keith graduated with a BSc in Engineering from Union College and a degree in Technology from North Carolina State University.
