Andreas Fuhrmann

Andreas Fuhrmann is Senior Consultant at Ray & Berndtson in Romania advising international as well as major local clients on strategic HR consulting issues, executive search mandates as well as assessments, management audits and trainings. Functionally he focuses on the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry, the energy sector as well as the industrial products/services area.. Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson in 2005, Andreas represented a range of senior management positions for diverse subsidiaries of the Henkel Austria group as well as other well-known multinationals. During this time he gained over 15 years of operating management expertise in both, the Western and Eastern European region. Andreas with German descent has lived and worked for the past 12 years in Romania. He holds next to his degree in Social Science and International Relations an MBA degree from the European University in Brussels and is fluent in Romanian, English, German, French and Hungarian.
