Jeff is the Partner primarily responsible for leading senior management and accounting/ finance searches. Throughout the past eight years, Jeff has been responsible for the recruitment of some of the best talent in Atlantic Canada, both future leaders and accomplished professionals. Jeff has built an impressive list of repeat clients who rely upon his knowledge of the Atlantic and Canadian markets. Jeff has led and participated in more than 400 search assignments across a wide spectrum of public and private organizations, from regional start-ups to multi-million dollar organizations.
Prior to his recruiting career Jeff held sales management roles with one of Atlantic Canada's leading private companies. Jeff is extremely supportive of local fundraising initiatives in the community. He has been active with The Sunshine Foundation and the IWK Health Centre. In April, 2005 Jeff renewed his longtime commitment to the Metropolitan Halifax Chamber of Commerce taking on a new role serving on the Board of Directors and Executive as VP of Membership Services. Jeff also contributes time to the Metro Food Bank, serves on the External Advisory Group for Mount Saint Vincent University's strategic planning process, and is a past Director on his Homeowners Association. Jeff currently serves on the National Board of Ray & Berndtson Canada. Jeff received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.
