Joel Fatum

Joel Fatum is a Managing Partner of the Toronto office. Joel brings over 10 years of experience in a wide range of industries to his clients.

Joel’s responsibilities involve overseeing the overall management and strategic direction of the firm.  Joel is a member of the Canadian Board, Chair of  the Succession and Marketing practice areas, Chair of the North American Consumer and Retail practice and is a member of the International Consumer Packaged Goods, Media and Retail Board.  Joel is also a serving board member for Bassett Media Group, a high growth, multi-business line media start up company.  Joel has extensive experience managing senior level executive search  on a multi industry basis for some of Canada’s most prominent consumer goods, media, retail, food services, manufacturing, health sciences, arts, event management, technology, service sector and financial services organizations.  Joel offers clients in these industries an impressive track record of successful appointments involving all critical functional areas.
