Tatiana Faleyeva is a Consultant in the Zurich office of Ray & Berndtson where she is a member of the Consumer Products & Services practice with an emphasis on the luxury goods sector. She also takes care of the Swiss end of search assignments for Russia and Eastern Europe.
She joined Ray & Berndtson (Schweiz) AG after 13 years of human resources consultancy work with prominent international consultancy companies.
Her professonal career began in 1991, with McKinsey & Co in Düsseldorf. International assignments took her throughout all over Europe, including London, Vienna and Moscow.
Tatiana studied international business administration at the University for International Relations in Moscow and undertook further programmes at the Wharton Business School in Philadelphia. She is fluent in German, English and Russian, and has a good knowledge of French and Italian.
