Adam Fairbrother

Adam Fairbrother is a Partner in the Odgers Ray and Berndtson EMI (Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure) Practice which is part of the international Industrial Markets Practice.  He is leader of the Electronics and Precision Engineering sector and a key consultant within the Aerospace and Defence sector. 

Adam has worked across all functional roles at board and executive level and has made a number of CEO appointments.  He has worked extensively in the manufacturing, engineering and business services markets.

Adam joined the British Army after University, serving in the Green Howards for six years and deploying on Infantry operations in Bosnia and Kosovo.  He began his search career in 2000 with another leading executive search firm, progressing through the research function to become a Senior Associate in its Industrial Practice, working from both the London and Birmingham offices.

Adam holds a Batchelor's Degree in Theology from King's College London.
