Christian Eberhardt

Christian Eberhardt manages the Ray & Berndtson Competence Centre "Human Asset Review" in Central & Eastern Europe. He is in charge of process management and evaluation of assessment technologies, providing the methodological background as well as product and service knowledge. He focuses mainly on the  Energy & Utilities, Health Care, Information & Communication, and Life Sciences practices.

Christian acts as a key member in audit committees directing international audit assignments for key clients in the industrial and service sector. Over the last years he has been performing major audit projects in the (south) eastern emerging markets as well as in Austria, Germany and the UK, focusing on top management and 2nd line management as well as on post-merger integration teams.

Christian specializes in executive consulting on the liberalization and change processes and their impact on management and business qualification and leadership development. In particular, he leads executive search projects in the Energy-, Telecommunication- and Health Care/Life Science sectors.

Before joining Ray & Berndtson he worked in corporate HR and organizational development for a large international industry group in CEE. Having studied at the University of Regensburg, Germany, Christian holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology/Organizational Science. In addition he has a PhD in Business Administration. Christian speaks German, English and Czech.
