Marilynne has close to 30 years of executive search, client and team management experience. Marilynne began her business career in human resources for an international engineering consulting firm progressing to Human Resources Manager for RJR Foods Ltd., in Montreal. Prior to joining our Toronto Office in 1997, Marilynne provided services to the partners of a boutique-style executive search firm, where she specialized in the management of Board of Director and executive search projects for a number of public and private sector companies across a wide array of industry sectors and functional roles.
As a Principal for Ray & Berndtson Canada, Marilynne has a strong contact network and a significant understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Energy and Industrial clients in Ontario and internationally. Over the past two years she has worked in partnership with Tony Small, with a focus on the Energy, Industrial and Distribution sectors. More recently, Corporate Sustainability has become a growing area of focus for the practice.
