Anne Mette Dissing-Immerkaer

Anne Mette Dissing-Immerkaer joined Ray & Berndtson as a Partner in 2007. Previously she was Executive Director at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) where she has been leading all Executive Master Programs, including the Doctor of Business Administration, the Executive MBA, and the Master of Public Administration (MPA).

During the years at CBS, Anne Mette held a number of management positions within executive education and led the growth of the school's executive programs by developing new master programs such as the industry specific MBA in Shipping & Logistics, the Master of Health Management, and the Certificate Programs in close collaboration with industry experts. She was also a part-time lecturer at the Department of International Economics and Management.

Through her positions at CBS she has followed the majority of Denmark's rising stars and their development towards top executive positions. In addition, Anne Mette has been the focal point for many involved in the Executive Programs including key academic personnel and industry experts from the private as well as public sectors, both nationally and internationally.

Prior to CBS Anne Mette worked as business development consultant at Danfoss focusing on the international sales organization development.

Anne Mette has a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Washington State University. She serves on several boards and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and seminars and has featured in numerous publications on the topics of leadership, career development, and talent development.
