Ms. Dawidczyk started her career in executive search in 1998 with one of the leading international search firms, where she served major multinational corporations and local clients in senior assignments in Poland and Central Europe. Earlier, in mid-90's Edyta co-managed a family-owned business living in the US for several years. Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, she was engaged in developing the executive search practice for a British recruitment company in Poland.
Edyta speaks Polish and English and holds an MA degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Lublin in Poland.
