Thierry Dagneau, who has more than fifteen years of executive recruiting experience, joined the Ray Berndtson team in 1998. His expertise in evaluating candidates, assessing potential and developing search strategies makes him an essential member of our Quebec team.
Thierry’s approach is to establish a close relationship with the client in order to assess their vision, understand business drivers, social and economical organizational context and get to know an executive’s personality and profile. His approach allows him to understand organizational culture and find the right fit.
Thierry’s role is to be your company representative to the marketplace by attracting qualified candidates. Impassioned and tenacious, Thierry is one of the firm’s top recruiters and has demonstrated an excellent understanding of the Quebec market.
Thierry obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Psychology from Concordia University.

Oeuvrant auprès de notre industrie depuis une quinzaine d’années, Thierry a identifié et contribué au recrutement des leaders, provenant de divers secteurs d’activités, de la société québécoise. Dès le début d’un mandat, son approche consiste à établir une relation étroite avec les dirigeants afin de saisir leur vision, comprendre les enjeux d’affaires et organisationnels, circonscrire le contexte social et économique de l’oganisation et se familiariser avec le profil et la personnalité des dirigeants. Ces prises de contact permettent de dégager les valeurs et la culture inhérentes à l’organisation et ses dirigeants. Thierry possède un Baccalauréat en psychologie industrielle de l’Université Concordia à Montréal.
