Donald B. Clark

Donald B. Clark is Managing Director of the firm’s new Chicago office and leads the Financial Services Practice. He is an established and highly regarded executive search professional who has successfully represented major, as well as middle market financial institutions, corporations and private equity firms in executive management search assignments, concentrating on positions for investment bankers, wealth managers, functional financial leaders and executive management.

Don has most recently been Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the Windale Group, an executive search firm with offices in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. Before the formation of the Windale Group, he was a Managing Director with Ray & Berndtson, where he was the Industry Leader for the firm’s Financial Services Practice and a member of the Board.

Earlier in his career, Clark worked both domestically and internationally for two premier financial institutions, Bankers Trust Company and Continental Illinois National Bank.
