Silvia Castagna

Silvia Castagna is a Partner in the Rome office of Ray & Berndtson. Sylvia focuses on top level and senior executive assignments across a broad range of sectors. With over 15 years’ experience in the media and marketing information industry, she is well qualified to cover a wide range of sectors at differing levels.

Before entering the executive search profession, she was Sales Director in top marketing information companies. In this capacity she worked for many Italian public Institutions and Blue Chip companies including: Presidency of the Republic, Bank of Italy, the Government, many Ministers, ENI (oil & energy), ENEL (energy), Rai (national TV), Poste Italiane (national postal service and bank), Trenitalia (national railways), and Unilever. Silvia has also worked for various political parties.

She speaks Italian, English and French.
