Brent Cameron

Brent Cameron is a Partner of Ray & Berndtson in Vancouver. Brent brings 10 years of consulting experience in a wide range of industries to his clients. He has conducted over 150 executive level search assignments, including dozens of CEO-level searches, and has worked extensively in the public sector for government, health care, and education clients. Private sector experience includes clients in the forestry, technology, and hospitality sectors, among others. Brent has worked with Boards and Search Committees of 5 to 18 people and brings a strong understanding of the dynamics and governance issues associated with senior level recruitments.

As part of the largest executive search firm in the market, Brent's assignments have included a broad array of functions, from human resources and marketing/communications, to finance and general management. Brent is a member of the Vancouver leadership team and the national marketing committee.

Before joining the firm, Brent held a leadership role in a Toronto communications consulting firm that conducts work for a number of Canada's largest public and private sector organizations. Based out of Toronto, Brent specialized in work for health care, university, biotechnology and government clients. Brent holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Arts from Queen's University and has completed his Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
