Kurt Brusgaard

Kurt Brusgaard is Chairman of Ray & Berndtson, Copenhagen. His many years of experience in the executive search profession have included work for clients in virtually all disciplines and industries. Kurt's earlier career included serving as managing director for A.E. Schmidt A/S; consultant at Lisberg Marketing A/S; assistant to the chief executive officer with Spies Leisure Group; and sales manager for Hjelm Bang A/S. Recently, Kurt was appointed a member of the board of Jyske Bank. He is also Honorary Consul for Trinidad and Tobago in Denmark. Kurt earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical College in Copenhagen and, later, a bachelor's in management and organization from Copenhagen Business School.
