Annie Braviner

Annie Braviner is a Partner in OdgersInterim public practice based at Hanover Square. She joined OdgersInterim from a specialist public sector firm in July 2005.

Annie leads on placing interim executives into the health sector including public, independent, charities and also the adult social services arena.

Annie’s portfolio includes the appointments of interim executive and clinical directors to manage change, improve performance and build capacity in acute trusts, primary care trusts, regulatory bodies, charitable organisations, local authorities and independent providers.

Annie has over eighteen years of recruitment experience.  She spent eleven years with Hays PLC dealing with financial recruitment in the commercial sector, becoming the Regional Director for the West Midlands where she had responsibility for five offices.  Annie took a career break to study and work in the health sector.

Annie’s early career developed in human resources both with financial services organisations in the City as well as for GlaxoSmithKline. 

Annie is IPD qualified and is a qualified business and life coach.
